Welcome to FluxCart. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on FluxCart.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and checkout.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Product Listings & Fulfillment
- FluxCart operates as a marketplace, connecting customers with third-party suppliers such as Meesho, Shop101, Shopsy, and others.
- All products are shipped and fulfilled by these suppliers, and FluxCart does not manufacture or directly dispatch any items.
- Product descriptions, images, and specifications are based on supplier data and may vary slightly from actual items.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- COD availability may vary based on location and supplier policy.
4. Digital Products
- All digital products (e.g., downloadable files, templates, eBooks, software) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Once delivered, digital purchases are considered final.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped by third-party suppliers. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and supplier logistics.
- International products may take 30 days or more to arrive, as they are shipped directly by overseas suppliers.
- Tracking details will be shared via your WhatsApp number once the order is dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 7 Days Easy Return for eligible physical products.
- To initiate a return or refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the product being opened for the first time.

7. Intellectual Property
- All content on FluxCart (logos, text, graphics, product templates) is the property of Prime Horizon Retail or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- FluxCart is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party suppliers or logistics partners.
- We are not responsible for product misuse, installation errors, or incompatibility with user devices.
9. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of our platform.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal.
