🛍️ General Return & Refund Guidelines
- We offer a 7 Days Easy Return from the date of delivery for eligible physical products.
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
- To qualify for a return or refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the product being opened for the first time.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
🚫 Digital Products
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable files, templates, eBooks, software) are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
- All digital sales are considered final once delivered.
📦 Return Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Share the unboxing video and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Our team will verify the claim and initiate a return or refund if eligible.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
⚠️ Important Notes
- No refund or return will be accepted without an unboxing video.
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
- FluxCart reserves the right to reject return/refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
- Product images are indicative; minor variations may occur due to lighting or packaging.
- Product availability is subject to supplier stock and logistics.
